The authors wishing to take part in CFA of year N are invited at the latest to submit a summary to the secretariat of the ASFERA for the 15/06 of year N. The acceptance of the summaries for a poster or an oral communication will be notified to the authors before the 15/07 of year N These summaries will be published in the exit of CFA on the site of the ASFERA.

Complete texts (6 pages max.) communications will have to be sent before the 15/10 of year N the complete texts will be given the 1st day of the conference to the participants of CFA in the shape of a Collected Act.

The sending of the summaries and the complete texts must contain a version paper as well as the computer file. This computer file can be transmitted via a diskette (by regular mail) or via electronic mail to the following address info@asfera.org.
