This note relates to the drafting :
- summary of a page (to be sent for the 15/06 of year N). This summary will be used for the evaluation by the office of the ASFERA of the communication suggested, and will be published in a collection of the summaries available on the site of the ASFERA at the end of CFA of year N.
- complete text for the Collected Act (to be sent for the 15/10 of year N) which is given the day of CFA of year N This complete text also includes/understands the summary runs in English and the summary runs in French who is published respectively in the review Journal of Aerosol Science and Air Pollution during the N+1 year.
We thank you by advance for following these instructions. They will facilitate the preparation of the program of the days as well as the organization of the conference. They will also facilitate the setting in fast line of the summaries on the site of the ASFERA.
INSTRUCTIONS COMMON TO THE SUMMARY OF A PAGE AND THE COMPLETE TEXT
- Traditional positioning of the margins: high margin 2,5 cm; low margin 2,5 cm; stroke left 2,5 cm; stroke right 2,5 cm
- Font : Arial 10
- Interlines in the text: simple
- Interlines between two paragraphs: double
- References: to use the same format as this one requested in the review Newspaper of Aerosol Science (voir Guide for Authors)
PARTICULAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SUMMARY OF A PAGE
- The length of the summary must be imperatively lower than a page
- Justification of all the text: left
- Not to include figures
- Not to include equations
- Not to use special characters, Greek letters, exponents, indices or all other characters
(ex : 90 must be written 90 degrs, must be written angstrm, mm must be written micromtre)
- Title in capital. Following line : all authors with the continuation (initial first name, not final, name) and separated by a comma. To identify the author who will carry out the presentation by an asterisk (*). To identify the authors by their membership at their organization (1) or (2), etc. Following line: all complete addresses.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY THEORIQUE AND IN PHYSICS AND METROLOGIE OF THE AEROSOLS.

PARTICULAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPLETE TEXT
- The length of the complete text must be imperatively lower than six pages
- Justification of all the text: normal
- No the classification of the pages
- On the first page : title (Arial 12 in uppercase and bold), authors, adress and precise affiliation, e-mail of the first author
- On the first page below : title in English
- On the first page below : English summary (10 lignes max.)
- On the first page below : French summary (15 lignes max.)
- All the figures and the tables must be numbered and to have legends
- All the figures and the tables must be positioned in the text (not at the end).
- The equations can be used as well as the special characters.
As an example for the first page :

FORMAT AND SENDING OF THE RESUMES AND THE COMPLETE TEXTS
The preferred format is *.doc (Microsoft Word to the version Office 2000).
For the summary of a page (before the 15/06) : The sending in Scrtariat of the ASFERA must contain two versions paper (a copy) of the summary of a page as well as the computer file. The summaries of a page can be also to be provided in textual file (* txt). This computer file can be transmitted via a diskette or CD (by regular mail) or via an electronic message to the following address : info@asfera.org
For the complete text (before the 15/10): The sending in Scrtariat of the ASFERA must contain two versions paper (a copy) of the complete text of six maximum pages as well as the computer file. The complete texts can be also provided to format pdf (* pdf). This computer file can be transmitted via a diskette or CD (by regular mail) or via an electronic message to the following address : info@asfera.org.
