Abstract
Angular light scattering is an optical technique enabling the in-situ measurement of soot size distribution. Nevertheless its application is difficult or impossible if angular optical accesses are limited. In the present study, a proof of concept of the exploitation of the spectral elastic light scattering technique is presented. Additional information provided by the spectral response of the light scattering signals enables the determination of the soot size distribution with only two scattering angles.
